This notice covers the BOTH website preview and early-access waitlist. Email signup is not open, and this site is not collecting waitlist emails yet.

Your Both sides preview

Words you enter in the Both sides preview stay in the page’s temporary memory. They are not sent to BOTH, saved in browser storage or used to create a profile. Reset or reload the page to clear them. The writing guidance does not use AI or analyse your answers.

What is collected, and why

When you join, we store your email address, signup time and notice version. You consent to early-access email by pressing “Join the waitlist”. Your email is not used to create a dating profile. No messages are sent automatically by this website.

Storage and access

Waitlist records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and accessible to the site operator. Cloudflare and the hosting service process technical request data to deliver and protect this site. The form uses a salted, short-lived network-address digest to limit repeated requests; it does not store the raw address in the waitlist database.

Your choice, including leaving

You can withdraw at any time by contacting the operator above from the address you used to join. Removing a record deletes your email from the active waitlist database. It does not recall email already sent.

Retention

For this pre-launch implementation, entries expire 30 days after your first signup. Submitting again during that period does not extend it. Expired records are excluded from use and cleared when the next signup is processed. Network rate-limit records expire after one hour and are cleared on a subsequent accepted request. Infrastructure backups and technical logs follow the providers’ retention schedules.

Cookies and measurement

This landing page adds no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Private-preview access may use the hosting service’s sign-in cookies.

This is a pre-launch notice. Service-provider terms, international transfers and jurisdiction-specific rights information must be reviewed for the operator’s location before public collection. You may raise data concerns with your local data-protection authority.
